Adrie SMILES!

We are so excited because Adrie has started smiling! We have taken tons of pictures trying to catch her in the act and these are a couple of the best. We love her so much and her new smile just makes us all so happy!

We're only supposed to color on PAPER!

Well, somehow McKenzie got a hold of a permanent marker, AGAIN! I thought I hid them away good enough after she had colored on the walls with one, but apparently not. She had been coloring on her coloring books and had her back to me. I just assumed she was using her crayons, but boy was I wrong! I didn't notice her feet until I went to put her socks on and to my surprise, they were covered in marker. Not just her feet either, as you can see, she got one whole let and a hand as well. I had a hard time keeping a straight face while I told her we only color on paper. Even though it didn't come off very well, it is still pretty funny!

So it's hard to believe that McKenzie went from being the only Kesler grandchild to being the oldest of 4! She definitely loves the new little babies though. Here are some of the fun pics we took of all of them.

One of our trips to Holden was to spend time with my little sister Lindsay and her new baby boy Hayzen. McKenzie and I were so excited to meet her new baby cousin. He is such a little sweetheart! We are so happy that we have a new boy in our family. It was also fun to see Hayzen and Adrie together. She already seemed so much bigger than him, even though they are only 3 weeks apart. I'm so grateful we were able to go spend that time with them. We love Matt, Lindsay and Hayzen so much!

McKenzie thought she'd help out by adjusting their heads, unfortunately she didn't get her hands out before I took the picture.

Our trips to Holden

McKenzie, Adrie and I were able to spend two seperate weeks at my parents house in Holden. The best part of going to Holden, aside from seeing my parents and siblings, was getting to the country so McKenzie could spend time outside, see the puppies and ride the horses. She loves the horses and ADORES her uncle Quinn and aunt Hailey who were sweet enough to take her outside everyday. It wouldn't matter how cold or tired she got while she was out there, she did not want to come back inside. She was also able to spend some time with Grandpa Greg in the tractor while feeding cows. She is definitely a country girl at heart!

Our Little Sleeping Beauties!!


McKenzie has loved being a big sister so far, but still has yet to learn how to be gentle. Thank goodness that Adrie is a sport and doesn't make a peep when Kenzie is a little too rough. Lately McKenzie's favorite thing is to have her picture taken with Adrie. She always says, "Mom, take my picture with Adwee." Here are a couple of my favorites.
